Drop-in Space Volunteer

- 21 years and above

- Enjoy working with youth

- Believe and develop the potential of youth

- To assist staff in managing the drop-in space

- To engage youth in activities such as board games, gaming and playing guitar etc.

- To assist staff in setting up and facilitating programmes when needed

Appropriate Adult Scheme for Young Suspects (AAYS)

Singapore Children's Society was appointed the service provider for AAYS in February 2017. It will provide a neutral adult and emotional support to young suspects during their interviews with the police.

- 21 years and above

- Passion to support youth

- To facilitate communication when necessary

- To observe young suspects and note any emotional and mental health concerns

- To support the well-being of young suspects

Average of four times a year  (1-year term)    

*Compulsory briefing and training sessions will be conducted on 16 December 2017 and 13 January 2018.
