At Flourishing Minds, the top 5 challenges raised by clients aged 12-18 years old are anxiety, self-harm, complex family dynamics, bullying and neurodevelopmental concerns. Without proper support to build resilience, these challenges can negatively impact their interpersonal relationships and overall well-being.
