‘There’s always something to be thankful for’ – A quote often heard but forgotten by many. Truthfully, it’s easier said than done to notice the silver lining in every dark cloud, just like the current global pandemic.
This National Day, we worked on a video – #IAmThankfulFor hoping to serve as a gentle reminder to never stop uplifting each other, as we continue to push forward as one nation. This video features different individuals from all walks of life, expressing their gratitude for the small things, big things, and everything in between.
As we celebrate 56 years of our country’s independence, let’s also give thanks and express our appreciation to the many things we might have taken for granted.
Singapore Children’s Society is sincerely thankful for all the support you’ve given us through the years. Because of your continual support, we’re able to champion the cause of bringing relief and happiness to children in need.
While we may not be able to physically celebrate together on a big scale like the past parades, we can still unite and give back to our community and country.
We hope this campaign can make National Day even more meaningful by continuing to stand strong in solidarity and help those in need. Every donation will make a difference to Children’s Society and the children, youth and families in need.
P.S. You can also start your own #IAmThankfulFor campaign and fundraise for us!
