OPERATION BROKEN WING - Fight For Hope

What is OBW? - Operation Broken Wing (OBW) is a regional fitness charity movement dedicated to bring people of all ages and abilities together through fitness to improve the lives of marginalised youth. Rise to the occasion and lift not just weights, but also the lives of others. The main event of OBW is the workout on the day called “Fight for Hope”. In this workout, participants or teams of the event will complete an 18-minute workout where the aim is to complete as many repetitions of different movements (Kettlebell swings, Box Jumps, Burpees, Push Press and Sandbag Squats). Every successful repetition performed by participants will translate into a monetary amount, donated to Singapore Children’s Society by a sponsor, which may be an individual or corporate. OPERATION BROKEN WING - Yoga For Hope

For the first time, OBW Singapore is coming together for Yoga For Hope.  Join us as we gather to make a significant stretch and push your mind, body, and soul.  All participants and teams have a total of 2 hours to complete 108 or 54 (scaled down) Sun Salutations at their own pace. The total number of completed Sun Salutations will be counted regardless of whether all 108 or 54 movements were completed. The flow can be scaled to suit the needs of the individual or team. Every Sun Salutation performed translates to donations made to our beneficiaries. More information can be found here at www.operationbrokenwing.com

Sponsoring an Athlete or Team

Do remember to indicate the first and last name of the participant or the team that you are sponsoring so that we know who the sponsorship is pledged for! 

Cash or Cheque Donation

Cash and Cheque donations are acceptable and to be received by 16 March 2020.

You may issue a cheque to “Singapore Children’s Society” and indicate “Operation Broken Wing 2019 – <Name of Athlete/Group Sponsoring> ” at the back of the cheque. Cheque can be mailed or delivered to:
