Family Mental Wellness Workshop (Parent-Child)

Our Family Mental Wellness Workshop is a parent-child workshop that promotes positive family mental health. Through fun activities, families will have the opportunity to bond, engage in meaningful conversations while deepening their understanding on the importance of maintaining a positive mental wellness within the family.

Learning Outcome:
  • Children will learn the importance of caring for their mental health, along with how to recognise early warning signs and symptoms of distress.
  • Parents will discover the significant role they play, gain practical tips and access valuable resources to make a positive impact on their family mental well being.

    Our Mighty Minds Workshop offers a deeper understanding on children and youth mental health and equip adults with essential tools to build a supportive environment for their loved ones.
