The 124 golfers had to work around staggered tee-off times and safe distancing measures, but that did not get in the way of the success of this year’s Tee Up for Our Children Charity Golf, held on 26 February at the Singapore Island Country Club (Sime Course).

Thanks to various corporate and individual donors, including our key sponsors Singapore Pools, Power Technologies and BMW, the event raised over $800,000.

All funds raised through this event went towards running JYC @ Children’s Society, one of our 12 service centres. It is a community drop-in centre where children and youth are meaningfully engaged to develop their strengths, build their self-confidence, and pre-empt a path of juvenile delinquency.

To show our gratitude to our Organising Committee and key sponsors, a thank-you event was held on 1 April where our Chairman Mr Koh Choon Hui presented them with tokens of appreciation in the form of artwork done by our beneficiaries.
