Charity Gala Dinner 2014

As the crown jewel in Children’s Society’s fund-raising event line-up in 2014, expect nothing short of an entertaining and meaningful affair at our bi-annual Charity Gala Dinner function.

Details are as follows:

Invite or involve your business partners and friends in our cause. Table purchase, event sponsorships and outright donations will be entitled to 2.5 times tax exemption.

Your generosity will enable us to raise the much needed funds to help the children under our care. In 2013, our operating expenses amounted to $12.5 million. Some of these costs include:

• $54,000 – Provides counselling and therapy services for 18 children annually
• $40,000 – Funds outreach programme KidzREACH @ Siglap for 20 children annually
• $36,000 – Provides student care services for 18 children annually
• $12,000 – Funds one-year worth of music and dance classes for troubled youth
