Admin Support Assistant

Job description:

  • Data entry of donation records
  • General administrative duties such as mail opening, printing of receipts, online donation details and donor letters
  • Donor interface such as enquiries and requests through calls or emails from donors
  • Any other task as assigned by Supervisor

Job requirements:

  • Minimally ITE/O Level
  • Organised, detailed and meticulous
  • Computer proficient
  • Good team player
  • At least 1 year of admin and data entry experience is preferred

Executive, Corporate Partnership

Job description:

  • Generate potential corporate leads and proactively recruit corporate donors
  • Maintain positive relationships with corporate donors and establish long-term partnerships with them
  • Secure monetary donations while achieving corporate donors' corporate social responsibility objectives
  • Work closely with the recruitment team and develop new fundraising initiatives to meet agreeing income targets
  • Recruit sponsors for fundraising events and support the execution of these events
  • Represent the Society at donors' events and contribute constructively at required meetings
  • Prepare and present proposals to corporate decision makers

Job requirements:

  • Diploma in Marketing or relevant discipline
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Bilingual and possess excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to network and interact with a wide range of donors
  • Good team player
  • At least 2 years of experience in account servicing, sales/fundraising is preferred

Residential Care Assistant (Part-time) at Sunbeam Place

Job description:

  • Support children and youth in physical care, educational, social and emotional development
  • Facilitate and supervise children and youth in daily activities
  • Develop positive rapport with children and youth
  • Monitor and document children and youth's social, emotional and academic development

Job description:

  • Assist Centre Director in planning and developing programmes and intervention methods
  • Case management and counselling for involuntary clients
  • Case and clinical supervision of junior colleagues
  • Demonstrate good outcome management, and keep proper evaluation report and feedback

Job requirements:

  • Graduate Diploma/Degree in Social Work
  • Past experience and relevant skills and knowledge in supervision of junior colleagues is a pre-requisite
  • Able to design and conduct youth and parent group work
  • Strong communication skills and relentless in reaching out to involuntary children and youth
  • At least 6 years of casework and counselling experience working with children, youth and families is preferred
