Executive, Community Relations (Events)

Job description:

  • Conceptualise, execute and manage fundraising events to meet donation target
  • Solicit sponsorships and cultivate relationships with existing and potential donors and sponsors
  • Source and work closely with appointed external agencies/vendors for events/ projects
  • Manage and track budget expenses for events/projects
  • Create proposals/pitches for grant makers, government agencies, companies and schools
  • Market fundraising events/projects to the public

Job requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good team player
  • Excellent presentation  and writing skills
  • Detail-oriented with a positive learning attitude
  • 1 to 2 years of working experience in the non-profit sector or events management is preferred

Executive, Corporate Partnership  

Job description:

  • Maintain and develop good relationships with existing corporate donors
  • Initiate engagement with inactive corporate donors
  • Explore new fundraising opportunities
  • Achieve overall target set for corporate fundraising programmes

Job requirements:

  • Diploma in Marketing or relevant discipline
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking donors
  • A fun and vibrant personality with good interpersonal skills
  • At least 2 years of account servicing experience is preferred

Programme Coordinator at Children Service Centre

Job description:

  • Able to run programmes independently
  • Organise outreach activities and publicise programmes and services
  • Manage Centre’s social media accounts
  • Support the operations and logistics for programmes  
  • Perform data entry duties
  • Perform duties as assigned by Centre Director

Job requirements:

  • Diploma in Psychology/Social Work
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office
  • Passionate in working with children and families
  • Experience working with children is preferred
  • Positive and fun-loving personality
  • At least 1 year of proven track record in a similar industry or equivalent is preferred
