张英水投身儿童会　要把幸福带给孩子

The article below features Assoc Prof Cuthbert Teo, Honorary Secretary of Singapore Children’s Society. He was recently awarded the Public Service Medal for this year’s National Day Awards. A volunteer with the Society since 1999, he was previously the Chairperson of the Research and Advocacy Standing Committee from 2012 to 2015, before serving as Honorary Secretary since 2015.

In his interview with Zaobao, he talks about his motivations for serving the Society and supporting the well-being of all children. He also shares his volunteering journey with the Society and what his role as an Honorary Secretary entails. Apart from his work with the Society, the article also covers his career as a forensic pathologist and his appointment as Board member of the National Council of Social Service (NCSS).
