“叮铃朋友”40周年 吁成年人成为孩童“好朋友”

In commemoration of Tinkle Friend’s 40th Anniversary, a two-day outreach event was held at Our Tampines Hub over 21 and 22 December 2024. Themed “Listening and Responding with Love, Growing with Trust”, the event highlighted the crucial role adults play in providing safe and supportive environments for children and youth’s mental well-being.

Ms Sun Xueling, Minister of State for Home Affairs and Social and Family Development graced the event as its Guest of Honour and recognised Singapore Children’s Society’s efforts to support and uplift children over the past four decades.

Through educational exhibits and interactive activities, visitors at the event got to explore Tinkle Friend’s history, learn about the challenges faced by today’s children and youth and ways to support young people’s mental health effectively.
