As part of its 40th Anniversary, Tinkle Friend was recently featured in Lianhe Zaobao, exploring the work that the service has achieved over the last four decades.

In the article, Ms Gloria Ng, Deputy Director and Head of Student Service @ Children’s Society spoke about Tinkle Friend’s history, how the service works and its evolution over the years to meet the changing needs of children. She also shared trends observed by Tinkle Friend regarding children’s worries and anecdotes of calls that the service has received.

In line with the anniversary’s tagline, “Listening and Responding with Love, Growing with Trust”, the article included advice for parents on how to communicate more effectively with children and show them more support and empathy.
